Our self-storage facilities are located in our secure premises, with electric and palisade fencing, security guards, and armed response.
Only you have the keys to your self-storage unit, and units are available in a range of sizes, from 6 to 30 square meter lock-up container units, as well as car, boat and caravan storage.

SAFETY IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY
- The perimeter fence consists of a 2,5 meter electric and palisade fence activated 24 hours a day.
- This fence is connected directly to an armed reponse company (ADT). The alarm is activated either via a panic button carried by our security guard or automatically if the fence is tampered with.
- We make use of converted shipping containers that are made of solid steel all round, alleviating the biggest weak link in a storage unit namely the roof which is usually just a thin IBR sheet. Our roofs are steel with IBR on top of the steel for extra insulation and protection.
- Each storage unit can be securely locked with at least two locks, of which the tenant keeps the keys.
- The premises are floodlit.
- We have 24 hour security (manpower).
- Two guard dogs running free at night.
- There is safety in numbers. We have over 1700 units.
