- The above rates are quoted inclusive of VAT.
- If you move into a unit during the month, a Pro Rata Rate will be charged for the balance of that month, after which the rental will be charged on a month to month basis.
- A one month deposit will be required, which will be refunded when you move out.
- We require one calendar months notice (in writing) when you cancel your rental with us.
